Prepare your space,
go at your own pace.
To dance at home, we recommend that you move your coffee tables, roll up your rugs, raise your murphy beds and follow along. Keep the space safe for yourself and others, watch out for your edges and the edges of the furniture (and pets) around you.
MODIFY AS YOU NEEDAnyone can dance. While you are taking class, listen to your body and modify to your needs. You can go bigger, smaller, faster, slower, harder, or weirder. Add weights, take class in a chair (or in your mind), wear shoes, or even a costume.
Say Yes to Dance
And say YES to the choices of the people around you.
WHEN in doubtJust dance.
