I have this very clear memory of my last class at Fremont Abbey in 2020 before we had to shut down In Person Classes, and this sweaty photo was taken right after one of my favorite classes to teach (and yes it was a sweaty one!). If you are in Seattle, come dance with us at Fremont Abbey tomorrow (Wed August 3rd) at 8 .15 pm . I promise it will be a sweaty one too, and we will dance together in this gorgeous space again! 💕💦💕
